You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Tullahoma pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our Tullahoma crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Tullahoma after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
We also track what's happening across Tullahoma season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Tullahoma service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Tullahoma properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Tullahoma emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Tullahoma homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Tullahoma restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Tullahoma accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Tullahoma rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through Tullahoma's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Tullahoma calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Tullahoma quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Our Tullahoma technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Tullahoma specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Years of Tullahoma-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Tullahoma.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Tullahoma service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Tullahoma crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Called the emergency line at night and someone actually picked up, which mattered more than I expected.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
